【2014年2月9日】中国国家審計署が先日発表した地方政府の債務統計データによると、2013年６月末までの中央政府の債務総額は30兆3000億元 。GDPの53.3%を占め、うち地方政府の債務は17兆9000億元に達しています。地方政府の債務リスクはどれほどの規模なのか。また、地方政府の債務リスクは中国当局の言うように「コントロール可能」なレベルなのか。
