オウム真理教の反主流派「ひかりの輪」が、団体規制法の観察処分の更新手続きを前に施設の内部を報道陣に公開しました。　ひかりの輪の全国8つの施設のうち公開されたのは、東京・世田谷区の上祐史浩代表らが住む拠点施設など4カ所です。
