2015八仙－塵爆第10天開國安會議 綠委批慢半拍－民視新聞

【民視即時新聞】為了因應八仙塵爆後續醫療等問題，立法院長王金平邀請衛福部長蔣炳煌向朝野報告，他暗批行政部門不成立專責單位，無法統合救災，馬總統則是在塵爆發生第10天，召集國安會議，立委就痛批，行政院不依照災防法，立刻成立災害應變中心，統合資源調度，現在開國安會議，根本是慢半拍。
