都更屋拆一半 "廢墟"便宜出租
延宕10多年的永春都更案，由森業營造接手，但還有好幾戶不同意戶不但不肯拆，還把被拆一半的房子，繼續用便宜價格出租，屋主陳先生是自救會口中的不同意戶，附近住戶也說陳先生是投資客，買了10戶，但沒有住在這，把房子隔成套房，一間收租一萬，一個月近十萬的房租，讓他不都更也沒差，讓等了十幾年的同意戶相當頭痛。【更多新聞詳情請上 http://news.cts.com.tw/ 華視新聞】
