家貓須登記! 違反飼主可罰5萬

有養貓咪的台北市民注意了！從7月1號開始，家貓都要辦理寵物登記，包括必須植入晶片，以及每年施打狂犬病疫苗。如果違反，飼主將被開罰1到5萬元。不過有飼主反彈，擔心貓咪打疫苗容易長腫瘤，獸醫師證實，國外研究貓咪注射狂犬病疫苗後罹患腫瘤的機率為萬分之2到8，但只要施打在下半身，而且輪替部位，就能降低腫瘤機率， http://webadm.cts.com.tw/_newsadm/news_post_pre
