維冠倒塌案11月宣判 建築師涉另案不起訴－民視新聞

【民視即時新聞】今年（2016年）2月6日台南大地震，導致永康維冠金龍大樓倒塌，上百人傷亡，建商林明輝、建築師張魁寶等5人涉及業務過失致死被起訴，於11月25日就要宣判，不過，同樣也是張魁寶建築師負責的台南歸仁區旺林大樓，地震後成了危樓，檢方卻以建案超過10年時效，不起訴處分，這讓維冠受災戶感到遺憾，就怕影響判決結果。
