説明　２０１５年１２月５日午前７時３６分に名護市辺野古のキャンプ・シュワーブのゲート前で撮影。沖縄県警機動隊のマキシ中隊長が二人の市民を引きずりまわし、騒然とした中で、倒れて踏みつぶされそうな危険な状態となった。周りの市民がマキシ中隊長に止めるよう訴えても聞こうとせず、危険を感じて止めようとした市民を逆に不当逮捕している。興奮して現場を収拾する能力もないこういう人物に、現場を指揮する資格はない。
