深刻な汚染 保障のない食品安全

【2011年10月18日】近日、中国工程院の羅錫文（らせきぶん）院士は第九回広東省科学協会学術活動週の開幕式で、中国では耕地面積の6分の1が重金属に汚染され、土壌と水の汚染による食品安全問題が深刻化する一方だと述べました。毎年1,200万トンの穀物が重金属に汚染され、経済損失は200億元、日本円でおよそ2,410億円に達します。
