【民視即時新聞】桃園男子胡其揚，11月5日，在中國福建浦田探親時遭人砍斷手掌搶劫，離譜的是，案發當時，公安不讓他治療，反而要他先作筆錄，斷掌還被扣留當證據，但家屬向海基會求助，卻碰了一鼻子灰，立委黃仁杼9日陪同家屬開記者會， 譴責海基會，不過，海基會鄭重否認。
