元川崎市議で無職・西村晋一容疑者(50)は、横浜市中区で、すでに逮捕されている暴力団員の男とともに、覚せい剤0.2グラムを所持した疑いが持たれている。 調べに対して、西村容疑者は「暴力団員と一緒に現場付近には行ったが、覚せい剤のことは知らない」などと、容疑を否認しているという。
