東京都「暴力団排除条例」制定、その後

ことし10月、暴力団の資金源を断つことを目的とした暴力団排除条例が東京都で施行されました。警視庁が把握している都内の暴力団組員は、実に全国の暴力団組員のおよそ22％＝1万7000人です。暴力団の弱体化と資金源を断つことを狙って「暴力団排除条例」が施行されてから2ヵ月余り、都民や企業の間でどんな取り組みが行われてきたのか取材しました。
