【2012年1月25日】　2011年を振り返って見ると世界経済は衰退の一年でした。中国も例外ではありません。しかし 中国人の税負担は強烈なものでした。公表されている税金の種類は数十種類、庶民が知っているのはわずかです。支払いを迫られ やむなく払うのです。なぜ 払わないといけないのか、合理的なのかどうか 全くわかりません
