【民視即時新聞】全國500多萬個小客車車主要注意了，2月1日起，後座乘客不繫安全帶，要罰車主，一般道路罰1500元，高速公路罰3000~6000元，計程車的開罰對象不一樣，運將貼宣導貼紙，就算盡到告知義務，後座乘客不配合繫安全帶，要自己繳罰單。
