扶輪社晚會 頒獎紙風車劇團－民視新聞

【民視即時新聞】28日晚間台北建成扶輪社舉辦15週年紀念晚會，有300名社員參與，現場也請來日本能劇劇團表演助興，不過最特別的是，今年建成鄭福田獎頒給用5年時間，走遍全國319個鄉鎮的紙風車基金會。
