物價漲壓力 加薪企業僅2成9－民視新聞

【民視即時新聞】油電雙漲，政府希望企業替員工加薪抗通膨，但是人力銀行調查後發現，願意配合加薪的企業，只有2成9，加薪幅度雖然高達6%，但主要是加給第一線對公司有績效的員工，加薪的員工比例只有49%，因此有不少社會新鮮人最近頻頻轉換跑道，希望為自己爭取加薪的機會。
