金環日食、準備で安全に＝２１日朝、四国九州は好天か

東北南部から九州南部の太平洋側で２１日午前７時半ごろ起きる金環日食について、国立天文台などで構成する日本天文協議会は１１日、観察場所をあらかじめ決め、市販の日食グラスなどを用意して安全に観察するよう改めて呼び掛けた。一方、日本気象協会は２１日午前の天気予報を発表。太平洋側の関東や関西は大半の地域で雨や曇りだが、四国や九州南部は晴れ間がのぞく所が多い
