「年１ミリシーベルト」で避難の権利～チェルノブイリ法

チェルノブイリ事故後、５年の歳月を経て制定された「チェルノブイリ法」。放射能被害にあった人たちの、避難生活や生活支援、健康診断や医療費助成について定めた法律だ。法律では、「年１ミリシーベルト」以上の追加的被ばくを強いられる地域が「避難の権利ゾーン（＝避難権付居住地域）」として規定されている。
