中天新聞》4到12歲兒童乘坐汽車後座未繫安全帶，勸導期將在7月底結束，8月1日起正式開罰，若違反規定，一般道路罰駕駛人1500元，高快速道路罰3000元至6000元；考量有些家長會帶幼童搭乘計程車無法因應不同年齡層的兒童座椅，兒童搭計程車會從寬認定不會硬性開罰，但提醒家長要隨時留意兒童安
