ニセ書類や偽造公文書が横行するさいたま市の実態を次々と暴露

2012年９月12日さいたま市議会　吉田一郎議員（無所属）の討論 　浦和の公園修繕工事を巡って、さいたま市の南部都市公園管理事務所が公文書を偽造し、本当は６月までかかっていた工事を、３月末までに終わらせたことにして、昨年度の予算を使い業者に金を先払いしていた事件が発覚。地方自治法第９８条に基づいた事務検査をするという提案が出たが、他の部署でもニセ書類が横行
