2012年12月14日、「きぼう」日本実験棟で行われていた「NanoStep実験」が終了しました。国際宇宙ステーション（ISS）で滞在中の星出彰彦宇宙飛行士により機器が取付けられ、タンパク質結晶の成長速度を宇宙で初めて測定したNanoStep実験。今回は代表研究者の塚本教授（東北大学）や開発・運用に携わった担当者のインタビューを交えて特集でご紹介します
