会期は1月12日～20日まで。第4回全国ご当地どんぶり選手権では予選会を勝ち抜いた10どんぶりと前回上位のシード4どんぶり、主催者推薦どんぶりを加えた10どんぶりが、来場者の食べ比べ（1杯500円）と投票によって、No．1ご当地どんぶりの座を争う。前回、前々回2年連続でグランプリに輝いた「うにめし丼」（北海道）は、投票対象外となるものの「殿堂入りどんぶり」（殿丼）として出展する
