神戸市中央区の神戸国際調理製菓専門学校（植木砂織校長）で3月2日、洋菓子や料理の卒業制作展が開かれ、砂糖で作られた高さ約150cm、長さ約140cm、幅約80cmの精巧なミラノ大聖堂がお披露目された。同校パティシエ科の生徒ら24人が13日間かけて製作。粉砂糖約40キロとゼラチンを練った生地で作った部品を設計図を元に組み立て、透明なシートをはめ込んでステンドグラスも再現
