世界初"海に浮かべる風力発電所"福島沖に向け出発（13/06/28）

国の実証実験に使われる、海に浮かべる方式の風力発電所が、千葉県から設置予定の福島県沖に向けて出発しました。この計画は、発電設備を固定式でなく、浮体式という設備と海底をワイヤでつなぐ方式で発電するもので、変電所も海上に設置し、陸上とはケーブルでつなぎます。
