內容轉載自《中時電子報》： 中視新聞》菲律賓國家調查局（NBI）7日公布「廣大興28號」遭射擊事件調查報告，除了8人被建議依殺人罪嫌起訴外，NBI還指控另外4名海防部隊人員（包括漁政船上兩人），因涉嫌對提供給調查人員的錄影等證據動手腳，將被依妨礙司法罪起訴。
