罕見!氣象局提早預警 熱低壓形成－民視新聞

【民視即時新聞】氣象局罕見地提早三天預警16號，也就是明天，台灣東方海面可能會有熱低壓形成，不排除成為颱風，氣象局解釋之所提前預警，是因為低壓距離很近，一旦形成熱低壓或颱風，即刻會對台灣造成影響，所以提前發布，未來一週全台灣各地都會機會下雷陣雨。
