【2013年08月16日】最近、中国国家発展改革委員会は海外粉ミルクメーカー6社に対し、独占禁止法に違反したとして6.7億元、日本円でおよそ107億円に及ぶ罰金を科しました。今年1月にも、韓国のサムスンなどの外資系企業6社に対し罰金を科しました。これら一連の行為は本当に独占禁止法の執行のためなのでしょうか。それとも、他の意図があるのでしょうか？
