「マンガ・アニメのまち にいがた」サポートキャラクターの"花野 古町"と"笹 団五郎"が主人公のアニメーション。制作はMAPPAが担当。監督・キャラクターデザインは、新潟県出身の阿部恒さん。古町役に南里侑香さん、団五郎役に野水伊織さん。テーマソングは、新潟市が誇るアニソンシンガー石田燿子さんが歌・作詞を、新潟市出身の宮崎京一さんが作曲・編曲を担当
