報告總統洩密?黃:非刑案、院長涉入－民視新聞

【民視即時新聞】特偵組以「行政違法」定調關說案，卻公佈通聯紀錄和相關證詞，加上檢察總長向馬總統報告，被外界抨擊觸犯洩密罪，黃世銘對此回應，既然不是刑事案件，就沒有偵查不公開問題，因為涉案的法務部長是他上級，連立法院長都涉入關說，事關重大，有必要直接告訴總統。
