青島爆発事故 中国石油化工がえん罪を叫ぶ

(字幕) 【2013年12月3日】11月22日、青島の石油パイプラインの爆発事故で55人が死亡しました。中共安全監督総局の初歩的な調査結果によると原因は３つです。「1.石油パイプラインが市のパイプラインと重なっていた。2.企業の隠れたリスクの排除が実施されなかった。3.応急措置の不当で大量の死傷者が出た」。この調査結果から見ると、中国石油化工と青島市政府の責任逃れは難しいでしょう
