In Russia, building blasts you: High-rise demolition fail caught on camera
A second attempt to demolish an abandoned 16-storey building in the Crimean city of Sevastopol failed, Friday. The derelict structure leaned at about a 20 degree angle and specialists were called in to dismantle it piece by piece.
