甘み十分 良質の予感 北海道ワインで初仕込み（2011/08/26）北海道新聞

道内のワイナリー（醸造所）のトップを切り、小樽市朝里川温泉１の北海道ワインで２６日、ブドウの初仕込みが行われた。春先の低温の影響で、生育は平年よりも６日ほど遅れたが、甘みは十分で、品質の高いワインが期待できるという。（８月２７日朝刊　小樽しりべし版掲載）
