花蓮慈濟醫院一名古姓中醫師，21日到宜蘭參加研討會，下午他搭乘賞鯨船，從烏石港前往龜山島，回程時卻只留下包包，人不小心落海，但整船的人都沒發現，一直到下船時，安檢人員清點人數，也沒發現少了人。家屬著急尋人等了7天，到今(28)日早上，海巡人員在蘇澳外海烏岩角，發現古醫師的遺體，整整漂流了33公里。家屬相驗時悲痛萬分，醫院同事也發文悼念說，一開始真的很希望只是個烏龍消息，現在只能說「回家了」。 ht
