【民視即時新聞】加速危樓及老屋重建，行政院提出「老舊建築物重建獎勵條例草案」，拆除的危險建築物，可享1.4倍容積獎勵，並享有2年房屋稅及地價稅減半優惠，不過，立委質疑，老屋容積率管制前後不一，就算有獎勵，還是比不上改建前的容積，制度沒有改善前，老屋重建，困難重重！
