【民視即時新聞】一艘經營延繩釣、焚寄網的基隆漁船，深夜12點多，趁著魚兒休息的時候，摸黑捕魚，海巡人員靠近一看，發現有潛水伕，拿著魚叉下海，立刻登船攔查，發現船艙藏有20條，充滿魚叉穿刺孔的魚，明顯違反漁業法，但誇張的是，這艘漁船，已經不是第一次，罰都罰不怕。
