南投縣合歡山上的合歡山莊停車場4月4日開始，設立了柵欄收停車費，有民眾發現，停車場的出入口是左進右出，不少人開車從南投端走台14甲線，不熟路況的話，會提前跨越雙黃線，開到對向車道，逆向等車位，認為停車場出入口設計有瑕疵，駕駛被迫逆向違規。對此停車場業者解釋，從南投端上合歡山的車流多達9成，入口開左邊，才會有比較大的停等區域，加上合歡山常有大霧或下雪，車牌辨識系統容易辨識不到，因此在駕駛座的左側設置
