男子放手騎車 人站踏板高舉雙手

中視新聞》彰化一名年輕人在大馬路上放手騎機車，整個人站在踏板上還高舉雙手，以時速三、四十公里的速度奔馳在馬路上嚇壞一群路人。這名學生模樣的男子在馬路上騎車，不只逆向連穿越路口也沒放慢速度，站在腳踏板上放開雙手維持了將近五秒鐘。警方發現進行追查，最高可處兩萬四千元罰
