富山県南砺市では、特産の高級干し柿作りが始まりました。今年の柿は猛暑の影響で成育が1週間ほど遅れ、実も少なめだったということです。7日は、皮をむいた渋柿を竹ざおにつるして天日干しをする作業が行われ、作業小屋は柿の甘い香りに包まれました。干し柿は、20個入りの箱で4500円だ
