【2014年6月12日】不動産開発企業SOHO中国の潘石屹（はんせききつ）会長は最近、中国の不動産市場がまもなく長期的な低迷期に入ると度々警告しています。スタンダード・アンド・プアーズによると、中国の不動産価格は去年の11.5％上昇から、今年は一転して５％下落。中国のGDPの20％が不動産取引から来ているため、不動産市場の崩壊は、中国経済に巨大なリスクをもたらすことになります。
