松葉ガニやノドグロ　豪華列車の“おもてなし”とは(14/12/17)

「ななつ星」に続く、豪華列車の一部がお披露目です。　JR西日本は、2017年春に関西から山陽山陰ルートで開業予定の豪華寝台列車で、乗客に提供する食材候補を発表しました。すべて沿線の食材で、国内有数の水揚げ量を誇る島根のノドグロのほか、冬の味覚・鳥取の松葉ガニなどが並びました。
