房屋稅將開徵 財政部提緩繳措施

房屋稅將從5月1日起開徵，但受新冠肺炎疫情影響，財政部也提出緩繳的紓困措施，納稅義務人若受疫情影響，可申請延期或分期，最長可延期一年，或分三年36期，而繳費的方式，除了可以到代收金融機構以現金或票據繳納，兩萬元以下可到各大便利商店，也可以透過ATM、信用卡、晶片金融卡等方式進行繳稅，另外也可以使用行動裝置掃QR-Code進行線上繳稅，多元管道提供民眾選擇，也提醒要在規定期限內繳納，以免被加徵滯納金
