不少海產店都是標榜活海鮮，店裡會擺出有活魚、活蝦跟螃蟹的玻璃缸，讓客人現場挑選，只是，客人挑選後送到廚房料理時，會不會被調包，活海鮮被換成冷凍海產？！高雄旗津的海產店業者表示，現在很多店家從門口到廚房都裝設監視器，一旦客人質疑，就可以調閱監視器畫面來證明，如果遇上店家沒有監視器的，客人也可以交代「做記號」，像是把魚尾巴折掉、螃蟹殼上畫個標記來自保。 https://news.cts.com.tw/
