メルセデス・ベンツ日本は１７日、「Ｃクラス」の新型クーペ（４人乗り）を発売した。２ドアのスタイリッシュでスポーティーなフォルムが特徴。排気量１８００ccの直列４気筒直噴ターボエンジンと７速オートマチックトランスミッションを搭載。市街地での無駄な燃料消費を抑えるアイドリングストップ機能を標準装備した。
