八八會館負責人郭哲敏，涉嫌經營博弈網站及地下匯兌遭起訴，新北地院18日裁定1億元交保，但檢方抗告成功，新北地院27日下午重開羈押庭。檢方認為郭哲敏，有柬埔寨護照及大量海外資產，有逃亡可能，郭哲敏喊冤，他的護照被檢方沒收，海外帳戶沒錢還被凍結，根本不可能逃。最終新北地院還是裁定將郭哲敏，及同案被告張旭昇，延長羈押兩個月。 https://news.cts.com.tw/cts/general/202
