預金準備率引き下げ ジレンマに陥る中国

【2011年12月5日】 中国では11月、約3年ぶりに製造業に縮小傾向が出現。そして11月30日、中国の中央銀行は3年ぶりに、預金準備率、すなわち銀行から強制的に預かる資金の割合を下げ、金融緩和に踏み切りました。これについて、中国の政策の重点がインフレ抑制から景気刺激に移ったとの見方が広まっています。
