爭「花太郎」商標 黑松敗訴－民視新聞

【民視即時新聞】老牌飲料廠商黑松公司幾年前推出「花太郎」綠茶廣告，不但捧紅素人演員，業績也跟著開出紅盤，不過在台中也有餐廳取名叫「花太郎」，老闆還申請註冊商標，但黑松認為業者是搭上廣告的高知名度搶先註冊，向法院提出訴訟，不過合議庭認為，「花太郎」只是廣告人物的名字
