生姜の鮮度キープに「劇毒農薬」
【2012年5月１8日】中国山東省で、白菜の保存に発がん性物質のホルムアルデヒド（中国名：甲醛）を噴射していたことが先日報じられましたが、新たに、生姜の保存にも有毒農薬が使われているのがわかりました。この類の農薬は洗っても完全に取り除くことができないそうです。生姜の鮮度を保つために、猛毒の農薬「BHC」（中国名：六六粉）やジクロルボス（中国名：敵敵畏）を使っている
