Typhoon Warning Lifted

At 8:30 this morning the Central Weather Bureau lifted its sea warning for Tropical Storm Doksuri. But the bureau says residents of eastern Taiwan and the Hengchun Peninsula should be wary of rain brought by the storm's periphery.
