掛號變平信 郵局中獎發票寄丟－民視新聞

【民視即時新聞】電子發票上路之後，很多機構都會幫民眾先對獎，有中獎再把發票寄回，但現在就發生，有線電視的電子發票中了獎，業者把中獎總額6萬4000多元的223張實體發票限掛寄出，卻被郵局搞烏龍變成平信寄出，現在還有部分中獎發票失聯，因此郵局恐怕得付起獎金賠償的責任。
