海上自衛隊の次期哨戒機P1　納入式

海上自衛隊に配備される国産の次期哨戒機P-1の納入式が川崎重工業岐阜工場で開かれた。哨戒機は潜水艦や水上の艦艇の動向を調べるために運用されている。P-1は制御システムに世界で初めて光ファイバーを利用しているほか、新規開発した国産のジェットエンジンを４基搭載していて、現在使用しているP-3Cよりも高速で飛行できる。平成２８年度末までに１２機が納入される予定。
