上村会長ら８月辞任 全柔連執行部 不祥事引責

全日本柔道連盟（全柔連）の 上村春樹会長は３０日、東京都文京区の講道館で開かれた臨時理事会で、続発した不祥事の責任を取って副会長ら執行部とともに８月中に辞任すると表明した。
